Tony is Joint Head of StoneBridge Institutional and has over 25 years of experience in the securities industry. Starting with McNab, Clarke & Co, Tony then progressed to senior roles with McIntosh Securities, Prudential-Bache Securities, ABN Amro and BBY.

Tony holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investments.

Tony has advised institutional and corporate clients in Australia, United States, Asia and Europe, having spent four years in London and New York with the balance of his career residing in Melbourne.

Over the last fifteen years Tony has held the positions of Executive Director and Head of Institutional Equities, Prudential-Bache Securities (Australia) Ltd and Directorships of listed and unlisted public companies, including Neighbourhood Cable Limited and Biological Harvesting Company Ltd.

Ian Simmonds B.Ec., ASIA

Ian is Joint Head of StoneBridge Institutional and has over 25 years experience in the securities industry, starting as a Graduate Trainee with J B Were & Son i December 1980.

Ian holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investments. He is also an accredited Financial Planner, an accredited Derivatives Advisor at Level 1 and Level 2, an Associate of the Financial Services Institue if Australasia (FINSIA) and a Fellow of the Customer Service Institute of Australia. 

Ian has advised institutional and corporate clients in Australia, Asia and Europe, having spent four years in London and the balance of his career residing in Sydney.

Over the last fifteen years Ian has held the positions of Executive Director, Prudential-Bache Securities (Australia) Ltd and Executive Director, Burdett, Buckeridge Young Ltd, being Head of Institutional Broking and Head of Equity Capital Markets.
